Not at all. Most of our clients aren't. We'll guide you throughout the shoot and help you feel comfortable in front of the camera.

Our signature routes are in Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Asakusa, but you're not limited to them. If you have another area in mind, let us know and we'll help you plan a route that works. Longer sessions can also combine multiple nearby areas.

Each package includes a guaranteed minimum number of edited photos, from 15 with the Tokyo Snapshot to 75 with the Full Tokyo Experience. If more photos make the final selection, you'll receive those too.

Your edited photos are delivered as a private online gallery within 5 working days of the shoot.

Light rain doesn't necessarily mean cancelling. Reflections, umbrellas, and glowing streets can make for beautiful photos. If the weather makes the shoot impractical, we'll discuss rescheduling or the options covered by our cancellation policy.

Absolutely. We'll plan the location, timing, and details with you beforehand so you know exactly where to be while the proposal itself stays a surprise.

Currently we offer our services in English, German, Japanese and un petit peu de français.

Choose your package and an available time through our booking page. Your session is confirmed by email, and payment details are arranged with you directly before the shoot.

Plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge more than 48 hours before your session. Between 24 and 48 hours, rescheduling is free subject to availability, while cancellations receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
